 Identify and structure the next growth bet

We investigate the most promising areas for growth, define the tests, and lay out what market signals would justify progressive investment. This is our form of due diligence — fast, structured, and actionable.

You get:

  • A small set of prioritized growth bets

  • A working test plan with clear signals and spend requirements

  • A recommendation on whether we can underwrite a Lift cycle

  • 50% of the Signal fee credited toward Lift if pursued

Lift

24 weeks
 Execute, adapt, and deliver outcomes

We take ownership of campaign execution. The work is focused on an adjacent market, segment, or tactic, where your team doesn’t have capacity to explore. Most of our compensation is tied to commercial outcomes that are defined upfront.

You get:

  • A full campaign run outside your core team

  • Ongoing visibility into performance and spend

  • A recommendation at the end: scale, hand off, or stop

  • A flexible model where you only pay full value if the market responds

Fee: Partial base fee, majority outcome-based
